Dib is teamed up with a parranormal investigator, 'Bill'. Bill does not believe in the real stuff and does believe in the fake stuff. There is a man dressed up like a dracular from a cerial box. Bill chasing the fang while Zim explodes. Dib is very angry but but just tries to get the fang.
